Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a borderless pattern capable of changing the hue in a stepless manner in the warp and/or weft directions in a woven fabric composed of previously dyed warp and weft yarns. CONSTITUTION:When the hue of warp yarn is changed, at least two kinds of A-color yarn (1) and B-color yarn (2) are used and both the A- and B-color yarns (1) and (2) are alternately arranged. When a combination of the A-color yarn (1) with the B-color yarn (2) is used as one group, the weft yarn arrangement of the A-color yarn in each group is such that the mixing ratio of the A-color yarn changes from the minimum to the maximum or the maximum to the minimum. When the weft yarn hue is changed, the similar construction is obtained by using both X- and Y-color yarns are used in place of both A- and B-color yarns.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a check pattern and a stripe pattern woven fabric having yarn-dyed warp yarns and weft yarns as constituent yarns. More specifically, the hues produced by the warp yarns and the weft yarns are The present invention relates to a seamless pattern woven fabric that gradually changes along the weft direction.

2. Description of the Related Art As a design of a woven fabric formed by driving weft yarns into a large number of juxtaposed warp groups, a plain weave, a twill weave, and a satin weave are added to a basic design, and the design points are added regularly or irregularly or The change tissue induced by deletion is the mainstream. The pattern of the woven fabric using the yarn-dyed yarn in any of the above-mentioned structures is expressed by repeating a fixed pattern, and the same is true in the case of a check pattern with vertical and horizontal directions, and the pattern is the same as the hue of the warp yarns arranged in parallel. The hue of each of the wefts to be driven is determined according to the design drawing, and this is repeated a plurality of times.

However, since the checkered and striped fabric hues using the yarn-dyed yarn are expressed by repeating a certain pattern, as described above,
The boundaries of the pattern are clear, and the hue only changes vertically and / or horizontally in stripes. Even in the case of the check pattern, since the warp and weft yarns with different numbers of constituents and hues are arranged in a warp and weft in a stripe pattern, the boundaries of the stripes are sharp and hardly change, and depending on the color scheme, it is a drawback to feel persistent from the design. And this is also a characteristic from the opposite perspective.

In order to change such a monotonous hue and bring out a variety of colors and patterns, the surface a shows a warp cloth in which the picture weft does not appear, and the pattern portion b. Is a lighter hue, the pattern part c is a slightly darker hue,
The pattern portion d has a darker hue and the pattern portion e has a hue of a single color of the weft yarn, and a woven fabric having four gradually changing hues is disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-42463. However, the woven fabric has a complicated weaving structure, the weaving work is considerably difficult, and still, like the conventional woven fabric, there is a problem that the boundary of the handle is clear.

In view of the recent diversification of consumer preferences, the present invention is a novel check pattern or stripe that uses warp yarns and weft yarns of yarn-dyed yarns and changes their hues in a substantially stepless manner. The purpose is to provide a textured fabric and to add new fashionability to the outer garments that are produced.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration. That is, the first invention is to change the hue of a warp, which is a woven fabric composed of a warp and a weft, and uses at least two pre-dyed A-colored yarn and B-colored yarn as a weft yarn. A and B color yarns are alternately arranged in the weft yarn extending direction from one part to the other ear,
Further, when the combination of the A-colored yarn and the B-colored yarn is made into one group, the A-colored yarn mixed ratio in each group includes a warp yarn array that changes from the minimum to the maximum and from the maximum to the minimum. The second invention is to change the hue of the weft, which is a woven fabric composed of warps and wefts, and uses at least two types of X-colored yarns and Y-colored yarns which are dyed in advance as the wefts,
Arrange X and Y color yarns alternately along the warp direction of the fabric,
In addition, when the combination of the X-colored yarns and the Y-colored yarns is made into one group, the weft yarn arrangement in which the X-colored yarn mixed ratio in each group changes from the minimum to the maximum and from the maximum to the minimum is included. .

In the above-mentioned structure of the present invention, bicolor yarns of A color yarn and B color yarn are used as warp yarns, and bicolor yarns of X color yarn and Y color yarn are used as weft yarns. C color thread is different from weft thread in Z
The object of the present invention can be achieved even with a configuration in which colored threads are added. It is possible to use yarns having a large number of hues on the basis of the above-mentioned components, and this does not prevent the hue from being diversified.

Further, in the above-mentioned constitution of the present invention, there is shown a mode in which the color yarns of colors A and B are used for the warp and the color yarns of color X and Y are used for the weft. The hues are different, and the hues of the weft yarns X and Y are different,
Even if the colors A and X and the colors B and Y have exactly the same hue, they are included in the scope of the present invention. In short, the hue applied to the warp and the hue applied to the weft are treated as different colors in the present invention even if they are the same color.

Therefore, in the woven fabric of the present invention, A color yarn and X
When the colored yarns have the same hue, the B colored yarns and the Y colored yarns have the same hue, and the C colored yarns and the Z colored yarns have the same hue, the woven fabric uses only three hues, and preferably the B colored yarns having the same hues. It is appropriate that the Y and Y threads are intermediate colors of the other two colors.

According to the woven fabric of the present invention having the above-described structure, in the case of the check pattern, the check pattern which is the skeleton of the design is expressed on the entire surface of the fabric, and in the case of the stripe pattern, the stripe pattern which is the skeleton of the pattern is expressed on the entire surface of the fabric As a result, each pattern has a standard aesthetic appearance. Moreover, since the hues of the check pattern and the stripe pattern change in the warp direction or in the weft direction without boundaries, as a result, it is possible to reveal a pattern in which the ambiguous border is blurred.

Although the constituent elements of the woven fabric of the present invention composed of three colors have been described in the above embodiments, the present invention is not limited to these, and A, B, C and XY.
Even if each hue of Z has a different hue, it can be naturally used. On the contrary, the number of hues can be reduced, and even with a minimum of two colors, the hue change is scarce, but it is possible to construct a woven fabric having a borderless pattern. In this case, it is a combination of the repeated warp arrangements of groups 1 to 17 in FIG. 1 and the repeated weft arrangements of groups 1 to 23 in FIG. 2, and the A color yarn and the X color yarn have the same color, and the B color yarn and the Y color yarn. The colored threads have the same color.

Further, although the case of plain weave has been described in the above embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this, and twill weave,
It can of course be applied to satin weaving and the change organization induced by it, and the pattern pattern is not only the check pattern of the lattice pattern, but also tartan check, shepherd check, hound teeth check, star check, gun. It can also be used for club checks, Glen checks, blown checks, wind vanes, etc., and can be applied not only to patterns that change in both circumstances, but also to stripe patterns that naturally change in either one of the circumstances.
