本発明は蒸気タービン用のバタフライ弁に係り、特に配
管エルボ部の圧力損失低減に好適なバタフライ形蒸気弁

流手段を設けることなく、エルボ下流の蒸気流の乱れに
よる圧力損失を軽減し得るエルボを組み合わせたバタフ

弁を設けたことを特徴とする、エルボと組み合わせたバ
タフライ弁。 2、前記のバタフライ弁の弁軸は、エルボの中心線を含
む平面に直交し、かつ該エルボ出口付近の中心線に直交
する方向に設けたものであることを特徴とする特許請求
の範囲第1項に記載の、エルボと組み合わせたバタフラ
イ弁。 3、前記蒸気配管系の内径をdとし、エルボの出口とバ
タフライ弁弁軸との距離がdよりも小であることを特徴
