Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 上面にウエハーを支持する複数個のピンが立
設された石英ガラス製の保持台であつて、該ピン
は背の高さが少なくとも３種類以上であり、同一
の背の高さのものが同一円周上に配置され、かつ
、背の高さの順に外側が高くなるように同心円状
に配置され、ウエハーの大きさに対応した背の高
さのピンに支持されたウエハーは次に高いピンに
接して位置決めされることを特徴とする半導体ウ
エハー保持台。 ２ 保持台がウエハーの搬送方向に長い矩形であ
り、同一の高さのピンを４本として２本ずつを搬
送方向に直角に配置し、最外側のピンの搬送方向
の離間距離にほゞ等しい間隔の一対の石英ガラス
製横ずれ防止板を保持台の短手方向の側方に配置
したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
１項記載の半導体ウエハー保持台。
