[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] This invention relates to a method for moisture-proofing the end of a woodwork product that has been given a paint finish, etc., and uses a hot stamp foil with a VC film on the end face newly generated by cutting the woodwork product. Moisture absorption from the end of the wood can be easily and completely prevented by pasting it.

However, this method of applying a coating to measure moisture resistance requires masking, Mt cloth, drying and construction, which are complicated and time-consuming, and it is difficult to obtain a flat surface due to uneven coating thickness. There were problems such as the inability to obtain assembly dimensional accuracy and insufficient moisture resistance.

FIG. 7 shows an example of a cut piece of the woodwork product 1 according to the present invention. This woodworking product has a core made of wood materials such as natural wood plywood, particle boat, etc., and a synthetic resin coating is applied to the surface of this core material to form a synthetic resin coating. 7 Resin-impregnated decorative paper impregnated with resin such as enol resin or unsaturated polyester resin is hot-pressed and pasted, and the core material surface is hot-pressed and pasted with resin-impregnated paper, and then a synthetic resin coating is applied on top of this. The surface of a core material 2 made of a wood material such as a treated wood material is coated with a resin-treated layer 3. This woodwork product is cut at an arbitrary position, and the cut surface 4 of the core material 2 and resin processing #3 is exposed on the surface.

As shown in FIG. 1, a film-attached hot stamp foil 5 is applied and adhered to the cut surface 4 of the cut piece of the woodwork product 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the hot stamp foil with film 5 includes a hot melt adhesive layer with a thickness of 3 to 10 μm on one side of a resin film 6 with a thickness of 10 to 50 μm, such as a saturated polyester resin (1) ET) film. 7 is provided. The thickness of the resin film 6 does not need to be very thick, and is preferably 50 μm or less. Further, the melting temperature of the hot melt adhesive is desirably 200° C. or less at most, preferably in the range of 150 to 180° C. from the viewpoint of workability.

This film-attached hot stamp foil 5 is attached by stacking the hot melt adhesive layer 7 toward the cut surface 4 of the wood product and applying heat and pressure to the top of the foil 5 using a hot roll 8. Hot stamp foil with film 50 dimensions are cut surface 40
It is preferable to make it slightly larger than the dimensions. The hot sole 8 is made of a heat-resistant elastic material such as fluorine rubber or silicone rubber. This hot sole 8 is vigorously heated to about 200° C. above the melting wetness level of the hot melt adhesive, and is run while being pressurized from above the film-attached hot stamp foil 5. The running speed is 1 to 10 m/min, and the linear pressure is about 0.5 to I MPa.

The hot melt adhesive layer 7 of the film-attached hot stamp foil 5 is melted by the hot pressure applied by the hot roll 8 and adheres to the end cut surface 4, and is cooled and solidified, so that the resin film 7 is adhesively integrated with the cut surface 4.

After completion of adhesion, cut surface 4 of hot stamp foil 5 with film
The process is completed when the surplus spilled out is removed by cutting along the peripheral edge of the cut surface 40 with a knife or the like.

Note that the hot pressing of the film-attached hot stamp foil 5 is not limited to the method using the hot roll 8, and a heating mold may also be used. The conditions for heat pressing using a heating mold are a temperature of 150 to 200.
The temperature is about 0.1 to 1 MPss, and the time is about 0.1 to 1 minute. In addition, the hot-melt adhesive layer 7Vc of the hot-stamping foil 5 with film, to which mica powder and aluminum powder are added, is used.
&C is also preferable since it can provide considerable moisture resistance. From this point of view, it is preferable to use a thermosetting adhesive such as an epoxy/polyamide adhesive for the hot melt adhesive.

In this method of moisture-proofing the end of wood products, the hot-stamped foil 5 with film is used, so the foil 5 can be attached immediately by hot pressure using a real roll, etc., making the work simple and easy. Efficiency will also increase.

In addition, the resin film 6 of the hot stamp foil 5 with film
Since the thickness is thin and uniform, the accuracy of the finished surface is the same as that of the cut surface 4! ! '' is reproduced with good accuracy, and since the film 6 is thin, the film 6 cannot be clearly seen from the side after being pasted, and the finished appearance of the product will not be degraded.

Furthermore, since the resin film 6 is used as a moisture-proof layer, a moisture-proof layer with a high molecular weight and high cohesive force is formed, and its moisture-proof properties are superior to those coated with paint or melt-coated with hot melt resin. Therefore, even if a thin film 6 is used, moisture absorption can be completely prevented. It also prevents moisture absorption due to pinholes that occur in paint films.
