加工法である。In other words, a strong synthetic resin film is formed on the surface of plywood, giving it a beautiful appearance and gloss, as well as water resistance and
It improves stain resistance, etc., and when used as a concrete panel in civil engineering, construction work, etc., it smooths the concrete surface and prevents concrete from adhering to the panel surface and plywood material remaining on the concrete surface. This is a method for treating the surface of wood plywood with resin, which improves the releasability of concrete panels and significantly extends the repeated use life of concrete panels.

Due to the effect of the curable resin adhesive, the plywood surface has high hardness and low elasticity and flexibility, so the adhesion of synthetic resin films or sheets laminated to annual rings and other irregularities may be affected by heating or pressure. It also has the disadvantage that it tends to be incomplete and tends to peel off partially.

The synthetic resin film (2) is tightly laminated on the veneer (1) by spraying and applying heat and pressure in a press (5).
Figure 1 a), or a highly adhesive polyolefin modified polymer film (21+) and a polyolefin film (21+) are laminated on a veneer veneer and heated and pressurized via a release paper cloth (3) (Figure 1 b). ), or in the case of a veneer veneer, highly adhesive polyolefin modified polymer film C73), polyolefin film 1) and release agent powder or emulsion are spread or sprayed in a layered manner, and the resin is coated by applying pressure and heating. Manufactures veneer veneers.

Powder of a release agent (Daikin Industries, Ltd., Lubron Shi-5) was spread on top of the layer to evenly cover the entire surface, and then it was heated to 160°C under pressure of about 30°C using a heating press machine.
Heat and pressurize for seconds, release from the mold, and let cool. A veneer veneer plate with extremely uniform and strong surface resin treatment was obtained. Next, using this veneer as a surface layer, plywood was manufactured using a melamine adhesive in a conventional manner. (120'C, 50 minutes) The product was a surface resin-treated wood plywood with an extremely well-adhered surface film, a smooth surface, and significantly improved concrete releasability.
