発明が解決しようとする問題点 以上述べた従来方法は、しかし、蒸気ドラムと水ドラム
とを同時に吊揚げた後、ボイラ水管を数十回に分割して
、吊揚げ組立てていた為、ドラム吊掛げとボイラ水管組
立とに日数と工数とがかかること、またドラム吊揚装置
の取付け、取外し及びボイラ水管組立時高所作業が多く
発生するという問題がある。

蒸気ドラムの吊揚方法において、ボイラ支持鉄骨の頂部

装置を設置すると共にこの吊揚装置にジヤツキ用ロッド
を取付ケ、このロッドに蒸気ドラムを吊揚げるドラム吊
柿の上端を取付けると共に、このドラム吊棒の下端に水
ドラムを吊揚げる水ドラム吊柱を取付け、その後蒸気ド
ラムを吊揚げていって、この蒸気ドラムと水ドラムとの
設定位置の差の高さだけ吊揚げて一時停止しておき、前
記水ドラム吊柱の下部に水ドラムを取付けると共に、ボ
イラ水管を蒸気ドラムと水ドラムとの間に挿入し、組立
を行なった後、これら二つのドラムを設定位置まで吊揚
げ、ドラム吊棒の上端を支持架台に連結するようにした
ものである。

取付け、その後蒸気ドラムを吊揚げていって、この蒸気
ドラムと水ドラムとの設定位置の差の高さだけ吊揚げて
一時停止しておき、前記水ドラム吊柱の下部に水ドラム
を取付けると共に、ボイラ水管を蒸気ドラムと水ドラム
との間に挿入し、組立を行なった後、これら二つのドラ
ムを設定位置まで吊揚げ、ドラム吊棒の上端を支持架台
に連結するようにした蒸気ドラムの吊揚方法。
