Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain translation of a sentence including the fine nuance regardless of the knowledge level of the translator, by outputting a word and its object in response to the ability of the translator. CONSTITUTION:A sentence of a prescribed language and an identifier showing the knowledge level of a translator are inputted through an input part 1. Thus the information on these sentence and identifier are stored in a store part 2. The part 2 sends the sentence to an output part 6 and at the same time both the sentence and the identifier to an analyzing part 3 respectively. The part 3 decomposes the sentence for each word and sends these words and the identifier to a retrieving part 4. The part 4 retrieves a correspondence table 4-2 based on the identifier and obtains an identifier in response to the relevant knowledge level. In addition, the part 4 retrieves a dictionary 5 to extract a desired object. Then the part 6 outputs the sentence stored in the part 2 and also the object corresponding to each word.
