【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は本考案が適用された荷重検知型ブレー
キ液圧制御弁装置の要部断面図および回路図であ
る。第２図は第１図の要部を拡大して示す図であ
つて、スプール弁子の作動を説明するための図で
ある。第３図は第１図の制御弁装置の作動を説明
するための図である。 １０：マスタシリンダ、２２：ＬＳＰＶ、３０
：車体、３２：ハウジング本体、４０：スプール
弁子、４２：外側スリーブ、６０：シリンダ、６
２：ピストン、６４：圧力室、６８：ロツド、７
０：防振ゴム、８２：流体室。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 車両のマスタシリンダとリヤブレーキとの
    間に設けられたバルブハウジングと、該バルブハ
    ウジング内に嵌め入れられ、該マスタシリンダか
    らの入力液圧が所定圧となつたとき作動側へ位置
    させられてその後の該リヤブレーキへの出力液圧
    の上昇を該入力液圧の上昇より小さい比率に抑制
    するスプール弁子とを備え、該車両の積載荷重の
    増大に伴つて該スプール弁子を非作動側へ付勢す
    ることにより、前記所定圧を該積載荷重の増大に
    応じて増大させる形式の荷重感知型ブレーキ液圧
    制御弁装置であつて、 流体が充填され且つ前記車両のばね上部材とば
    ね下部材との相対変位に応答して容積が変化させ
    られる流体室を有し、前記積載荷重に対応した流
    体圧を出力する荷重検知装置と、 該荷重検知装置から出力される流体圧が作用さ
    せられることにより、前記スプール弁子を、前記
    積載荷重に対応した大きさの付勢力にて前記非作
    動側へ付勢する流体駆動装置と、 を含むことを特徴とする荷重感知型ブレーキ液圧
    制御弁装置。 (2) 前記車両のばね上部材には、サスペンシヨ
    ンストラツトの上端が円環状の防振ゴムを介して
    取り付けられており、前記荷重検知装置は、該防
    振ゴムを覆うように設けられ、前記積載荷重に応
    答して該防振ゴムが弾性変形させられることによ
    り容積が変化させられる流体室を有するものであ
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の荷重感
    知型ブレーキ液圧制御弁装置。 (3) 前記流体駆動装置は、前記バルブハウジン
    グに固定され、前記流体室と連通する圧力室と、
    該圧力室の圧力の増大に伴つて該スプール弁子を
    前記非作動側へ駆動するピストンとを有するもの
    である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の荷
    重感知型ブレーキ液圧制御弁装置。
