イドブロツクによつて構成されるシリンダ室内に
回転自在に横架され、その半径方向に進退自在な
複数のベーンを有するロータと、かつ上記フロン
トサイドブロツクの内面側に所定角度内で回転自
在に軸着された制御プレートとからなる圧縮機本
体と、該圧縮機本体を収容するとともに、そのリ
アサイドブロツクの後部に空間部を形成し、この
空間部内に吐出圧力下による潤滑油を貯油し、か
つ前記ロータのロータ軸先端を回転自在に保持す
る密閉ケーシングとを備え、圧縮機本体に形成さ
れた油供給経路を通じて、圧縮ガスの吐出圧によ
り、前記潤滑油を圧縮機本体の各部に供給すると
同時に、その潤滑油の一部を、ベーン圧室に供給
し、この油圧によつて前記シリンダ室の内壁に対
するベーンの接触圧力を得るようにし、かつ、高
速・低速運転に応じて、上記制御プレートを回転
駆動させ、シリンダ室における圧縮作業室の容量
を可変とした気体圧縮機において、 低速・高速運転時における制御プレートの回転
位置により、前記油供給経路とベーン圧室とを選
択的に連通させる連通路が上記制御プレート内に
形成され、低速運転時、この連通路を介して、潤
滑油をベーン圧室に供給するとともに、高速運転
時、この連通路が遮断され、ベーン圧室の油圧を
