よびリアサイドブロツクと、上記シリンダブロツ
クおよび両サイドブロツクによつて構成されるシ
リンダ室内に回転自在に横架され、その半径方向
に進退自在な複数のベーンを有するロータと、フ
ロントサイドブロツクの内面側に、所定角度内で
回動可能な略円盤状の制御プレートと、この制御
プレートの駆動手段とを備え、上記制御プレート
を回転駆動させ、このプレートの周縁に形成した
バイパス孔を通じて、シリンダ室内の圧縮ガスを
フロントヘツドとフロントサイドブロツクとの間
に形成された吸入室内にバイパスさせることによ
り、圧縮作業室の容量を運転状態に応じて可変と
した気体圧縮機において、 上記フロントサイドブロツクと上記制御プレー
トの摺動部に弾性体リングを介装したことを特徴
