- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 温度変動の比較的大きい場所に設置され、受け
た圧力に応じて検出信号を発生する圧電素子を有
するセンサと、該検出信号を増幅する信号増幅手
段とからなるセンサ装置において、 該センサ装置の感度を温度変動に対して調整す
るため温度変動の比較的小さい所定の容量をもつ
温度特性補正用コンデンサを圧電素子に電気的に
並列に接続したことを特徴とする圧電素子応用セ
ンサ装置。
