In order to prevent the fitting frame from deforming and to attach the fitting frame to the building frame, stays are attached to the fitting frame at appropriate intervals. Conventionally, however, when attaching a stay, the position of the stay to be attached to the fixture frame was determined by marking the position of the stay in the fixture frame at the stage of assembling the fixture frame, and the stay was fixed by welding. As a result, the surface treatment layer applied to the surface of the fitting frame as an anti-rust treatment such as plating or anti-rust coating is destroyed by the welding heat, so there is a drawback that the welded part must be maintained after the stay is fixed. Ta. Furthermore, there were disadvantages such as distortion caused by welding heat and the installation of the stay requiring skill and considerable effort.

Next, description will be given with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 and 2 show the entirety of the fitting frame, and the fitting frame includes various frames such as a steel door frame and a sash frame made of extruded aluminum. As shown in the figure, stays 2 are fixed around the fitting frame 1 at approximately constant intervals. These stays 2
are installed in a bridge-like manner astride the opposing edge portions 1a of the fitting frame 1. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the conventional stay 2 was attached using a welded joint 3, which resulted in the above-mentioned drawbacks.

Next, an embodiment of the stay mounting structure according to the present invention will be described. The mounting structure of the stay according to the present invention is as shown in Figs. 5 to 7.
Tenon holes 4 are formed at the mounting positions of the stays 2 provided at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction on each of the opposing edge portions 1a, and near both ends of each stay 2, holes 4 are formed at approximately right angles to the main body of the stay. A flange portion, that is, an angle piece 5 is provided that projects from the bottom.
For example, as shown in FIG. 6, these angle pieces 5 are divided into three parts by two cuts 6 provided at the end of the stay 2, and the central part is bent. It is formed by In this case, it is preferable that the end of the stay 2 is divided into three equal parts by two cuts 6. The mortise hole 4 of such a joinery frame can be easily punched out using a press, and the formation of the cut 6 in the angle piece 5 and the bending of the center portion of the three parts can be easily done in one step. can be formed into

When attaching the stay 2 to the fitting frame 1, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, insert the angle pieces 5 provided near both ends of the stay 2 into the opposing tenon holes 4 from the inside of the edge portion 1a. Just insert it and bend it so as to sandwich the thickness of the edge portion 1a of the frame where the tenon hole 4 is located. In addition, if necessary, apply a dowel or the like to prevent the fitting frame 1 from deforming, and then attach the angle piece 5.
may be bent.

In the above embodiment, the angle piece 5 is formed by dividing the end of the stay 2 into three parts and bending the central part. 12 may be cut and bent on three sides, leaving one side near both ends. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 12, the angle piece 5 may be provided on the outside of the edge portion 1a of the joinery frame of the stay 2, and the angle piece 5 may be inserted into the mortise hole 4 from the outside and bent.

Furthermore, as the mortise hole 4 and the angle piece 5,
As shown in FIGS. 13 to 16, each angle piece 5 is composed of a pair of angle pieces 5a and 5b facing each other at each end of the stay 2, and each edge portion of the fitting frame 1a has mortise hole 4
may be provided in pairs. A pair of angle pieces 5a, 5b at the ends of the stay are inserted into each pair of mortise holes 4a, 4b shown in FIG. 13, bent, and attached as shown in FIG. 17. Each pair of angle pieces can be formed by making a "〓"-shaped cut in the end of the stay, leaving both sides intact, and bending them in the same direction as shown in FIG. 16.

When the stay 2 is attached to the fitting frame 1 as described above, the angle pieces 5 at both ends of the stay are locked into the mortise holes 4 of the fitting frame, so that the stay is prevented from falling off and the expected width of the fitting frame is expanded. Also, deformation of the frame such as narrowing is regulated.

Therefore, according to the present invention, since welding is not used to fix the stay, the treated layer on the surface of the fitting frame is not destroyed by welding heat, and there is no problem of deformation due to thermal strain. In addition, the stay can be easily attached, and the stay does not require skill as in the past, and the stay can be attached efficiently.
