Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はドア枠等の板金部品として作られた建
具枠に対するステーの取付構造に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a structure for attaching a stay to a fitting frame made as a sheet metal part such as a door frame.
建具枠の周囲には枠の変形を防止し且つ躯体に
対し枠を取付けるため枠には一定間隔でステーが
取付けられている。しかるに従来のステーの取付
は、建具枠を組立てる段階で所定間隔にステーの
取付位置をけがいて位置決めし、且つ溶接によつ
て行なつていた。そのため金属板の表面に施こさ
れていたメツキまたは錆止め塗装等による防錆処
理としての表面処理層が破壊されるので、溶接部
に対し補修しなければならない欠点があつた。さ
らに溶接熱により熱ひずみが生じ、且つステーの
取付作業に熟練を要し、容易になし得ない欠点が

記L形切欠のフランジ部を折曲げることによつて

形の切欠4によつてフランジ部5が形成される。
また、ステー2にはその一つの長辺に沿つてステ
ーの本体2′にほぼ直角に曲げられた折曲部6が
設けられ、その折曲部6の両端の部分7は内側に
ほぼ直角に折曲げられて、折曲部6はコ形になつ
ている。両端の部分7とステー本体2′との間に
はスリツト8が設けられ、その間隔dは建具枠1
の板厚またはそれより若干大きい寸法になつてい
る。このスリツト8の存在により折曲部6の両端
の部分はフランジ部になつており、フランジ部7
の間隔は枠1の相対するL形切欠4の間隔に等し
くなつている。さらに第6図に見られるように、
前記フランジ部7に隣接する折曲部6の部分とス
テー本体2′との間にも同様なスリツト8′が設け

建具枠1に対しステー2を取付ける際は、枠の
L形切欠4にステーの折曲部6の両端のフランジ

し込み、第5図の矢印Aで示す方向にステー2を
枠1の面に沿つて押し込み、第10図に示すよう
にL形切欠4の端部にステーのフランジ部7の先
端が当るまで移動する。この場合、ステー2の本
体2′とフランジ部7の間に枠1の板を挾んだ状
態になつている。そして、この状態で建具枠1の
L形切欠4のフランジ部5を図において下方に、
即ち枠断面内側に折曲げることによつてステー2
は枠1に固定される。このようにステーが取付け
られた状態ではステーの脱落は防止され、且つ建
具枠の見込幅の広がりまたはせばまり等の枠の変

を要することもなく、且つステーの取付作業の能
