【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はドア枠等の金属部材として作られた建
具枠に対するステーの取付構造に関する。

面処理層が破壊されてしまうので、ステーの固定
後に溶接部を保修しなければならない欠点があつ
た。さらに熱ひずみが生じ、且つステーの取付作
業に熟練を要し、かなりの手間がかかる等の欠点
があつた。

て、以下、図面を参照のもとに説明する。

に、溶接継手3によつてなされたため前述のよう
な欠点があつた。

の取付位置に、ホゾ孔4が設けられると共に、ス
テー2の両端は前記ホゾ孔に係合するように形成
されている。即ち、ステー2の各端部は第6図に
見られるように、切れ目5が設けられ、この切れ
目5は図示のように各端部を3つに分割するため
に2つであるのが好ましいが、その他の数に分割
してもよいことは言うまでもない。そして、切れ
目5によつてステー端部の分割された部分を背切
部6と押え部7に分け、ステーの端部で建具枠の
板を挾めるように、建具枠1の板厚tに相当する
間隔dを背切部6と押え部7の間に画成するため
背切部6は第7図に見られるように曲げられてい
る。図示の実施例のように押え部7が中央に在つ
てその両側に背切部6が在るのが好ましい。上記
ホゾ孔4および上記ステーの形状はプレス作業に
よつて容易に成形することができる。
