図に於て、１及び１０はカラーセンサ、１１は
光波長検出器、１２はゼロバランス設定器、１３
は許容誤差設定器、１４は検出位置タイミング部
を夫々示す。

出力がゼロとなるように調節するゼロバランス設
定器と、該ゼロバランス設定器の出力を受け上記
被検査物体の検査の許容誤差範囲を予め設定し、
入力が該許容検査範囲を越えた時に異常信号を発
生する許容誤差設定器と、上記被検査物体が所定
位置に到達した時電気信号を出力する位置検出器
と、該位置検出器の出力信号を受けた時のみ上記
許容誤差設定器よりの異常信号を通過させる検出
位置タイミング器とよりなることを特徴とする検
