変換手段と、 紫外線領域までの分光感度を持ち、上記第１お
よび第２光学フイルタを介して光照射が行なわれ
る第２光電変換手段と 上記第１および第２光電変換手段の出力の差か
ら紫外線Ｂ波の光量を検出する検出手段とを備え
