視光線、赤外光線等の光線を投射し、この光線の
被検知物体による反射光を受光手段で受光して光
電変換し、この電気信号により被検知物体の検知
エリア内における存在の有無を検知する反射型物
体検知用光電センサにおいて、前記投光手段およ
び受光手段をそれぞれ設け、前記受光手段の受光
信号から受光量の変動および受光量をそれぞれ検
知する受光変動量検知回路および受光量検知回路
と、この受光量検知回路の出力信号を設定レベル
と比較して設定レベル以上と判別した時に信号出
力する第1の比較回路と、前記受光変動量検知回
路の出力信号を上、下限の設定レベルと比較して
設定レベル範囲外と判別した時に信号出力する第
2の比較回路と、前記両比較回路からの信号入力
により物体検知信号を出力するオア回路とを備え
てなる物体検知用光電センサ。 (2) 前記受光量検知回路をサンプルホールド回
