Claims (1)
- 加工物が取付けられ送り移動されるスライドテ
ーブルの位置を位置検出光学スケールで検出し、
その検出結果に基づいてサーボモータを作動させ
てスライドテーブルの位置を制御する機構におい
て、前記位置検出光学スケール及びスライドテー
ブルにそれぞれ温度検出器を取付け、各温度検出
器により測定される温度の差と前記加工物と前記
位置検出光学スケールとの熱膨張率の違いとから
位置寸法誤差を演算し、この演算結果に基づいて
前記サーボモータにより誤差量を補正する制御手
段と、複数種類の材質の熱膨張率を記憶し加工物
に応じてこれを前記制御手段に出力する記憶手段
とを備えてなることを特徴とするスライドテーブ
ル位置制御機構の補正装置。
