Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 配管の長手方向に互いに間隔をおいて複数箇所
    にそれぞれセンサを設け、各センサの検出信号の
    相互相関値から配管内を流れる流体の流量を測定
    する相関式流量計において、上流側センサと、こ
    の上流側センサの下流側に近接して設けられた補
    助センサと、この補助センサの下流側に互いに間
    隔をおいて設けられた複数個の下流側センサと、
    前記上流側センサと前記補助センサが検出した各
    信号の相互相関値を演算する1次相関器と、この
    1次相関器によつて得られたデータにもとづいて
    、下流側センサのうちの流体の流速に応じた最適
    なセンサを選択する判別器と、前記上流側センサ
    の信号および前記判別器によつて選択された下流
    側センサの信号の相互相関値を演算する2次相関
    器とからなることを特徴とする相関式流量計。
