Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent clogging of pressure pipe and make exact flow rate meassurement by providing double pressure pipes and forming a uniform pressure loop through a main pipe. CONSTITUTION:The steam flow rate sensitive piping comprises a main pipe 1, flow nozzle 2, condenser 3, pressure pipes 4 and 5, differential pressure transfer unit 6 and additional pressure equalizing pipes 7. With the addition of the pressure equalizing pipes 7 a uniform pressure loop is formed through the pressure pipe 4 and the main pipe 1. When water starts accumulating in the pressure pipe 4, the water flows to the side of the main pipe 1 due to its head pressure without filling with water and this contributes to exact measurement of the flow rate.
