By forming a rubber-like film on at least the concave portions of the uneven surface, the woody texture of the wooden base material is sufficiently produced, and a good anti-slip effect is maintained for a long time.

。Conventionally, wood materials with such anti-slip processing have been produced by layering resin-impregnated paper on the surface of the wood base material, overlaying a press circumference plate with an uneven surface on top, and applying heat pressure treatment to the resin-impregnated paper. There are products that have an uneven surface formed on the surface of the cured resin film. However, this type is designed to provide an anti-slip effect only with the uneven surface of the cured resin film, so it is weak against wear (and durable for long-term use). There is also the problem that the wood texture is lost because the wood grain pattern and the uneven pattern of the wood base material are not in sync.

にした。However, depending on the type of anti-slip material, the coating film becomes opaque or translucent, and the texture of the wooden base material is lost. There is also a product with a sheet pasted on it, but this has the disadvantage that the anti-slip sheet may peel off and the appearance is inferior8. By applying a plastic treatment to the base material surface to form a wood grain-like uneven surface, and forming a rubber-like film on at least the concave parts of this uneven surface, a good anti-slip effect is maintained for a long time, and the wood texture is also sufficient. I made it happen.

The range is from 0 to 240 meshes, and the projection density of the abrasive material is from 5 to 100 kq/positive2, which may be determined as appropriate depending on the species of the wood base material 1, the degree of grinding, etc. Note that since some abrasive materials remain on the surface of the blasted base material 1, it is desirable to remove them by blowing pressurized air after the blasting process.

The coloring treatment is to color the uneven surface 5 of the base material 1 in a desired color tone, and a wiping coloring method is employed in which the colorant is immediately wiped off after being applied. As a coloring agent, a coloring agent such as a dye or a pigment is dissolved in a solvent and the concentration of the coloring agent is 0.
A coloring solution of 1 to 10% by weight is used, and if necessary, a resin such as an alkyd resin, a polyurethane resin, or an abanoalkyd resin is added to this solution up to 60i-3 yen, and/or calcium carbonate, diatomaceous earth, Fillers such as silica may be added up to 10% by weight to improve coloring workability, sealing effect, etc. The colorant is applied by brush, spray, or wiping coloring methods, and the amount of application is in the range of 5 to 1 (1!!/m2). Immediately after applying the colorant, use a cloth (rag). Wipe off the excess coloring agent using a cloth), sponge piece, etc. Through this coloring process, the earlywood part 3 of the substrate 1 is colored in a light color, and the latewood part 2
is colored in a dark color, further emphasizing the woody pattern.

This is done by applying a sealer, which is used to prevent resin liquid from penetrating, and is commonly used for wood grain painting. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, on the uneven surface 5 of the base material 1,
A rubber-like film 6 is provided. The film 6 is formed by applying a liquid resin solution to the uneven surface 5 in many places. As the resin liquid, preferably a transparent or light-colored transparent liquid such as an uncrosslinked resin liquid of polyurethane elastomer or an organic solvent solution of acrylic elastomer is used, but polyurethane elastomer is most preferable in consideration of wear resistance. Although it depends on the degree of unevenness of the uneven surface 5, it is usually about 200 to 500 gZII&. Since a thick coating film is formed in this way, it is preferable to apply the resin liquid in two or more times. For the application, a brush coating, a reverse roll coater, etc. are used. If necessary, about 10 to 20 wt1 of a wear-resistant material such as α-alumina or aluminum hydroxide, which does not impair the transparency of the resin liquid, may be added to the resin liquid to further enhance the anti-slip effect. can.

In addition, the anti-slip effect is a combined effect of the uneven surface 5 of the base material 1 and the rubber-like film 6, Therefore, it is extremely excellent and lasts for a long time.Furthermore, since the rubbery film 6 is provided so as to fill the uneven surface 5, the rubbery film 6 will not peel off.

Since it has been treated with an anti-slip finish, a high anti-slip effect can be obtained without damaging the wood texture of the wood base material, and this anti-slip effect can be maintained for a long period of time. Also,
It has the advantage that the rubber-like film adheres well to the wood base material and does not peel off.
