【発明の詳細な説明】 本発BAは家屋の内外装材として使用される装飾板の製
造方法に関する。一般に合板等の装飾板においては、そ
の表面層の耐摩耗性、耐衝撃性、耐候性および美感を高
めるため、合成樹脂液を含浸した化粧材を基材に貼シ合
せて製造している。この場合、合成樹脂を含浸させた化
粧材は半透明化し基材の色相が透けて見えるようになる
のでこれを避けるため、従来接着剤の中に顔料を混ぜf
cル、あるいは着色シートを介在させるなどの隠蔽材を
用いている、ところがこのように接着剤中に顔料等の隠
蔽材を介在させて基材の色相を隠蔽する場合、熱圧辱に
よシ硬化する際に生じる溶媒ないし溶媒蒸気の局所的な
流動によシ均一な隠蔽効果が得られないという問題があ
る。因に化粧材の板厚が厚い場合には合成樹脂液を含浸
させて半透明化しても不透明度が未だ高すので接着剤の
隠蔽ムラはそれ程目出たない。ところが化粧材が薄くな
シ透明度が高くなるにつれて上記隠蔽ムラが顕著になル
不都合を生ずる。特に化粧板の板厚が0.35m+以下
のものに不飽和ポリエステル樹脂を注入し、半透明化す
ると通常不透明度が0.8以下tこなる。

る場合もあるが製品コストが高くな夛、いずれの方法も
充分な解決策とは云えない実情にある。本発明は上記従
来技術の欠点全解消したものであ)、その構成秩、合成

アミノアルキッド樹脂、ポリウレタン樹脂等の木質材料
用一般塗料に、目的に応じて、チタン白、弁柄、各棟有
機染料等で着色したものを使用する。
