[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to decorative laminates mainly used as building materials.
For more information, see Natural Wood.In addition to giving the board a crystal-like reflective shine, when used as a flooring material, it eliminates the stickiness to the feet when walking, which is common with conventional smooth flooring materials, and provides a comfortable walking feeling. It provides decorative boards.

The surface finish of conventional natural wood decorative boards is as follows:
First, it was common practice to sand the surface of the board smooth, then apply an undercoat, polishing, and topcoat with light paint. The key was to achieve a smooth finish without damaging the wood grain pattern of the board.

Decorative laminates with smooth surfaces produced using conventional finishing methods have a monotonous appearance with little variation.
On the other hand, when used as a flooring material, the soles of the feet become sticky due to sweat when walking, causing discomfort, and if water is spilled on it, it becomes slippery and can cause unexpected injuries.

The present invention was made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it relates to a decorative board in which a transparent or colored transparent coating with textured irregularities is formed on the surface of a natural wood board attached to the surface of a regular substrate. .

The transparent or colored transparent coating in step 1 is made of synthetic resin such as acrylic resin, urethane resin, amino alkyd resin, polyester resin, vinyl acetate, dap, or melamine resin, which makes the coating transparent. A concave portion 4 and a convex portion 5 are formed. The colorant to be added is a commonly used dye or transparent pigment in an appropriate amount. The method for forming the grain-like uneven coating 1 is to coat the surface of the natural wood board 2 with a material having high thixotropy, such as acrylic resin or vinyl acetate resin, by a mesh screen printing method, or to coat the surface of the natural wood board 2 with a material having high thixotropy, such as acrylic resin or vinyl acetate resin. Apply a smooth resin paint such as urethane resin, polyester resin, or amino alkyd resin directly to the surface and leave it in a semi-cured state, or
Alternatively, after layering a dap or a transparent overlay impregnated paper impregnated with melamine resin, embossing is carried out using an embossing machine or an embossing roll having textured irregularities.

The coating with the textured unevenness of the present invention is made by applying a transparent resin coating to the surface of the board in advance in order to make the wood grain pattern of the board even clearer, improve the wood texture, and improve adhesion with the transparent or colored transparent film. It is also possible to coat the decorative board with a sealer, or to further apply a transparent resin paint on top of the transparent or colored transparent film to improve the surface properties of the decorative board.

As described above, in the decorative board obtained by the present invention, the grain pattern of the underlying natural wood board can be seen through the transparent or colored transparent coating, and the textured uneven coating diffusely reflects light, giving it a crystal luster. It becomes a decorative board with a unique appearance. Furthermore, when the decorative board of the present invention is used as a flooring material, the floor surface has the effect of being non-sticky and non-slip since there are few contact surfaces due to the uneven coating.
