Claims

Two unit chips are provided in which ferromagnetic material is arranged in a meandering manner and pads for wire bonding are formed at both ends of the chip, and each of these unit chips is placed on a substrate so that the meandering directions of the ferromagnetic material are orthogonal to each other. 1.
