Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 光フアイバー等の光導体の受光端側に配設
    されて前記光導体内に導入されるレーザ光のパワ
    ーを減衰させるためのレーザパワー減衰器であつ
    て、レーザ光を通過させるための穴を有し、該穴
    を通してレーザ光が前記光導体に導入されるレー
    ザパワー減衰器において、該減衰器のレーザ光導
    入側表面にレーザ光吸収コーテイングが施されて
    いることを特徴とするレーザパワー減衰器。 (2) 前記レーザ光導入側表面軸が前記レーザパ
    ワーの進行軸に対して傾斜していることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載のレ
    ーザパワー減衰器。
