    端子に接続され、ゲートが第１の抵抗を介してゲ
    ート電源端子に接続され、ドレインが第２の抵抗
    を介してアースに接続されたデプレツシヨン型Ｆ
    ＥＴ直流バイアス回路において、 エミツタがサアースにコレクタが第２の抵抗の
    アース側端にそれぞれ接続されたＰＮＰトランジ
    スタと、 アノードがゲート電源端子に接続されたツエナ
    ーダイオードと、 一端がＰＮＰトランジスタのベースに、他端が
    ツエナーダイオードのカソードにそれぞれ接続さ
    れた第３の抵抗と、 一端がアースに他端がツエナーダイオードのカ
    ソードに接続された第４の抵抗とを含むことを特
    徴とするデプレツシヨン型ＦＥＴ直流バイアス回
    路。
