Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 抗張体ロープを弾性体中に埋設したニユート
ラルベルトの長手方向に沿つて直角方向所要ピツ
チで上下ブロツクをボルト等の止着材により締結
配設してなる高負荷伝動ベルトにおいて、隣接す
る両ブロツク間の間隙を殆ど持たすことなく上下
ブロツクを配置せしめると共にニユートラルベル
トの上下少くとも一面に凹部を設け、該凹部に嵌
合する凸部を有するブロツクをその凸部を嵌合さ
せて配設し、かつ、このブロツクの形状を前記ニ
ユートラルベルト凹部に嵌合する凸部のベルト当
接面を直線状、あるいは緩曲線状もしくは両者の
組合せ状に、又、ニユートラルベルト凸部に当接
する肩部を曲線又は所要の角度をもつ直線状に、
そして、前記ベルト当接面より肩部に至る凸部側
壁をニユートラルベルトが４０〜１００mmφ径の
プーリに巻きついたときベルト凹部側壁に対し面
接触する形状に構成せしめたことを特徴とする高
負荷伝動ベルト。 ２ 肩部の傾斜角度が両肩部外方端を結ぶ線に対
し１０°以内である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
項記載の高負荷伝動ベルト。
