Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上下面にそれぞれ多数の係合部が上下に対
    応してかつ長手方向に並んで形成された保形層と
    、該保形層の上下中央部に埋設された長手方向に
    延びる複数の心線とを有するエンドレスの張力帯
    と、 上記張力帯を嵌合する嵌合部を有し、該嵌合部
    の上下面にそれぞれ上記張力帯上下面の係合部に
    係合する係止部が形成され、外側面にプーリのベ
    ルト溝面に当接する当接部を有する多数のブロツ
    クとを備え、 張力帯の係合部と各ブロツクの係止部との係合
    によりブロツクを張力帯に対しベルト長手方向に
    係止固定してなるるＶベルトであつて、 上記張力帯の保形層は繊維強化ゴム又は繊維強
    化プラスチツクで構成されていて、上記心線より
    も上側の上部保形層又は下側の下部保形層の一方
    の繊維の配向がベルト長さ方向に一致しているこ
    とを特徴とする高負荷伝動用Ｖベルト。 (2) 上下面にそれぞれ多数の係合部が上下に対
    応してかつ長手方向に並んで形成された保形層と
    、該保形層の上下中央部に埋設された長手方向に
    延びる複数の心線とを有するエンドレスの張力帯
    と、 上記張力帯を嵌合する嵌合部を有し、該嵌合部
    の上下面にそれぞれ上記張力帯上下面の係合部に
    係合する係止部が形成され、外側面にプーリのベ
    ルト溝面に当接する当接部を有する多数のブロツ
    クとを備え、 張力帯の係合部と各ブロツクの係止部との係合
    によりブロツクを張力帯に対しベルト長手方向に
    係止固定してなるＶベルトであつて、 上記張力帯の保形層は繊維強化ゴム又は繊維強
    化プラスチツクで構成され、かつその繊維の配向
    がベルト長さ方向に一致しているることを特徴と
    する高負荷伝動用Ｖベルト。 (3) 張力帯は、上部保形層の上面又は下部保形
    層の下面に帆布層を有することを特徴とする請求
    項(1)又は(2)記載の高負荷伝動用Ｖベルト。
