Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 抗張体ロープを弾性体中に埋設した平ベルト
の長手方向に沿つて直角方向所要ピツチでブロツ
クをボルト等の止着材により締結配設してなる高
負荷伝動ベルトにおいて、前記平ベルトをベルト
長手方向に対し直角定ピツチで凹凸を有する平ベ
ルトとなし、一方、ブロツクを前記平ベルトの凹
部に嵌合する形状として該ブロツクを前記平ベル
トの凹部に嵌合させ止着材により締結すると共に
前記平ベルトとブロツクの嵌合面を中央直線部分
とその両側の円弧状アール部をもつて形成し、そ
の直線部分の長さを等しくし、かつ、平ベルトの
凹部両側アール部の曲率半径Ｒ１をブロツク両側
アール部の曲率半径Ｒ２に比しＲ１≧Ｒ２ならし
めたことを特徴とする高負荷伝動ベルト。 ２ 平ベルトとブロツクの嵌合における凹部側両
側アール部の曲率半径Ｒ１と嵌入側両側アール部
の曲率半径Ｒ２が３＜Ｒ２≦Ｒ１＜５０の関係に
