  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 記録媒体デイスク１の回転機構と、 前記デイスク１に対向して信号変換するヘツド
    ４と、 前記ヘツド４を支持するキヤリツジ５と、 前記キヤリツジ５を前記デイスク１の半径方向
    に案内するガイドシヤフト８と、 前記キヤリツジ５を移動させるためのモータ１
    ５と、 前記ガイドシヤフト８に対して平行に延びるよ
    うに前記モータ１５に結合されたリードスクリユ
    ー１６と、 前記キヤリツジ５に支持され、前記リードスク
    リユー１６の回転に追従して前記キヤリツジ５を
    前記デイスク１の半径方向に移動させるように前
    記リードスクリユー１６の溝に係合されている係
    合体と、 を有して信号変換を行うデイスク装置において、 前記ガイドシヤフト８が第１の支持基体に取付
