- レール軸に沿つて駆動される光ピツクアツプ等
を載置した被駆動機構の両側に上記レール軸に沿
つてリニアモータを配設し、該両リニアモータの
推力の合成が被駆動機構の重心に略々一致するよ
うに設定してなることを特徴とするリニア駆動装
置。
