Claims (1)
- リニアパルスモータの１次（コイル）側または
スケール側の一方を固定子、他方を可動子として
使用し、その固定子を第１および第２のフレーム
の底面に固定し、可動子は移動台に取り付け、第
１および第２のフレームの各一方の内側面に走行
ガイドを形成し、移動台を上記リニアパルスモー
タのトルクを受け、その移動の方向については上
記フレームにより各別の直線軸受と上記走行ガイ
ドとを介して移動台と挟むように案内して駆動す
るようにしたことを特徴とするリニアパルスモー
タ駆動の移動ステージ。
