  1. 衝撃波発生器5を備え、この衝撃波発生器が衝
    撃波を伸縮可能な膜3,3′,3″によつて密閉
    されて液体を満たされた室4を通して放射するよ
    うな患者内の病理学的変化部分の超音波治療装置
    において、衝撃波発生室4のケース上に弾性材料
    から成る環状体11が固定され、この環状体は前
    記伸縮可能な膜を包囲し静止状態においてはこの
    伸縮可能な膜の上に突出し、またこの環状体11
    には、環状体11、膜3,3′,3″および皮膚
    表面2の間の空間から空気を排気するため、およ
    び結合液を導入するために使用される管路系12
    が設けられていることを特徴とする患者内の病理
    学的変化部分の超音波治療装置。
