  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 同心円状で各々の位置が自在に変更できる
    可動リングと、この可動リングの先端に沿つて屈
    曲可能な可撓性超音波振動子と、この超音波振動
    子を駆動して超音波を発生させる駆動装置とから
    なるハイパーサーミア装置。 (2) 可撓性超音波振動子はPVDFからなるこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記
    載のハイパーサーミア装置。
