一体化して成る積層体の内面に熱可塑性接着剤層
を形成し、これを金属化誘電体フイルムと重積巻
回してコンデンサ素子を形成し、該コンデンサ素
子の両端面にそれぞれ第1及び第2の外部電極を
形成すると共に、上記金属箔電極が露出する様に
上記積層体の巻回終端部をコンデンサ素子の外周
面に配して第3の外部電極を形成して成る複合コ
ンデンサ。 (2) 積層体の金属箔電極側と金属化誘電体フイ
ルムとの間に、誘電体フイルムを配したことを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の
