ンデンサ素子と、透明または半透明な絶縁フイル
ムの表面を粗面化して形成し、上記コンデンサ素
子の外周を被覆した保護フイルムと、上記コンデ
ンサ素子の端面に金属を被着させて形成した外部
電極とを備えた金属化フイルムコンデンサ。 (3) 上記保護フイルムは、単層の絶縁フイルム
で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載
