In general, a laminated film capacitor consists of a pair of metallized films 1a and 1b, as shown in FIG.
A plurality of layers are laminated to form an element part, protective film layers 2a and 2b are provided on both outer sides, metallicon electrodes 3a and 3b are formed by thermal spraying on the electrode parts on both sides, and lead wires 4a and 4b are attached to the metallicon electrodes 3a and 3b. It is made by attaching. In this case, the protective film layers 2a and 2b provided on the outside prevent the tendency of the metallized films 1c and 1b constituting the element portion to peel off individually due to thermal contraction, expansion, or mechanical stress of the metallized films 1c and 1b. to prevent a decrease in capacitance. Alternatively, in the case of a thin multilayer capacitor in which the number of laminated metallized films 1a and 1b is small, the metallized films 1a and 1b have the role of reinforcing mechanical strength against twisting and bending. Therefore, the end faces of the protective film layers 2a, 2b located on the side where the metallicon electrodes 3a, 3b are formed must be strongly fixed to the metallicon electrodes 3a, 3b in order to enhance the above-mentioned role.

Traditionally, Tokukosho was developed to meet these demands.
There is a technique disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 53-22255.
In other words, as shown in FIG. 2, what is disclosed in this publication is that the edges of one or more protective films 6a, 6b are provided on both outer sides of a pair of metallized films 5a, 5b which are laminated in multiple layers. It is cut diagonally to strengthen the adhesion to the metallicon electrodes 7a and 7b. 8a and 8b are lead wires. However, even if a single film with a thickness of a few microns is cut diagonally, the desired purpose cannot be achieved, and it is extremely difficult to stack multiple films to form diagonal edges. There were many problems in practical use.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above-mentioned points, and includes at least one layer in the longitudinal direction of the end surface of the hard plastic sheet located on the side where the metallized electrode is formed, which is provided on both outer sides of the element section constructed by laminating a plurality of layers of a pair of metallized films. The object of the present invention is to provide a multilayer film capacitor with stable characteristics that do not change over time by forming individual depressions.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, 11a and 11b are a pair of metallized films that are laminated in multiple layers and constitute an element part, and 12 is a metallized film 11c disposed on both outer sides of the metallized films 11a and 11b. , 11b, 13 is a recessed portion formed in the longitudinal direction of both end faces of the plastic sheet 12, 14a, 1
4b is a metallicon electrode formed by spraying zinc, aluminum solder, etc., and 15a and 15b are lead wires attached to the metallicon electrodes 14a and 14b.

According to the multilayer film capacitor constructed as described above, the metallized film 1 constituting the element is
Since a recess 13 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the end surface of the hard plastic sheet 12 that clamps the metallicon electrodes 14a, 14b, the metallicon electrodes 14a, 14b are formed in the recess 13.
14b is formed, which increases the adhesion area between the hard plastic sheet 12 and the metallicon electrodes 14a, 14b, and at the same time increases the clamping force of the metallized films 11a, 11b, causing the metallized films 11a, 11b to peel off during long-term use. It can maintain stable characteristics for a long period of time without causing any damage. Furthermore, since it is made up of only 121 hard plastic sheets, it has the advantage of eliminating the need to form multiple layers of film as in the prior art. In the above embodiment, only one recessed portion 13 is formed on the end surface of the hard plastic sheet 12, but in consideration of the thickness of the hard plastic sheet used, for example, as shown in FIG. Like the recessed portion 16, as many as possible may be formed. In addition, the shape of the recessed portion may also be changed, for example, as shown in Figures 6 to 11.
The recessed portion 17 may have a shape as shown in the figure, or
Further, the recess can be easily formed in any shape by changing the abutting shape of the end face of the exit of the extrusion mold in molding the hard plastic sheet.
