極をコンデンサ素子の外周面に配して第3の外部
電極と成したことを特徴とする複合コンデンサ。 (2) 金属膜電極を蒸着電極によつて構成したこ
とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合コンデンサ
。 (3) 金属膜電極をメツキ電極によつて構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合コンデン
サ。 (4) 金属膜電極の厚さを0.5乃至3μmとし
たことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記
