サ。 (4) 金属膜電極の厚さを０．５乃至３μｍとし
たことを特徴とする請求項１乃至３の何れかに記
載の複合コンデンサ。 (5) 金属膜電極と金属化誘電体フイルムとの間
に絶縁体フイルムを配したことを特徴とする請求
項１乃至４の何れかに記載の複合コンデンサ。 (6) 絶縁体フイルムと誘電体フイルムとの間に
