Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 誘電体フイルムと該誘電体フイルムより幅
の狭い金属箔電極とを、上記誘電体フイルムの幅
方向の両端にマージン部が形成される様に重ね合
わせ、これを金属化誘電体フイルムと重積巻回し
てコンデンサ素子を形成し、更に、該コンデンサ
素子の両端面にそれぞれメタリコンによる第1及
び第2の外部電極を形成すると共に、上記金属箔
電極の巻回終端部をコンデンサ素子の外周面に配
して第3の外部電極と成した複合コンデンサに於
いて、少なくとも上記マージン部に絶縁性を有す
る保護フイルムを配したことを特徴とする複合コ
ンデンサ。 (2) 保護フイルムが、金属箔電極の幅方向の端
部を覆つていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項に記載の複合コンデンサ。 (3) 保護フイルムが、誘電体フイルムと予め一
体化されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の複合コンデン
サ。 (4) 保護フイルムが、誘電体フイルムと別部材
より成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第3項に記載の複合コンデンサ。 (5) 保護フイルムが、少なくとも誘電体フイル
ムのマージン部に接合されていることを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第4項に記載の複合コ
ンデンサ。 (6) 保護フイルムが、誘電体フイルムの一部よ
り成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第3項に記載の複合コンデンサ。 (7) 保護フイルムが、誘電体フイルムの幅方向
の端部を折り返したものであることを特徴とする

ね合わせられていることを特徴とする実用新案登

複合コンデンサ。 (10) 金属箔電極に於ける金属化誘電体フイルム
の電極形成面と対向する面に重ね合わせられてい
る誘電体フイルムと上記金属箔電極とが予め一体
化されて積層体と成されていることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第8項又は第9項に記載
