てコンデンサ素子板を作成し、該コンデンサ素子
板の単板又は複数枚積層してなる積層体の前記一
方の部分をその片面及び端面を覆う金属電極金具
に収容し、該一方の部分に形成された導電体層と
金属電極金具を接合すると共に、前記絶縁帯層で
区分された他方の部分と該金属電極金具に端子を
接続してなるコンデンサ素子を具備する固体電解
コンデンサ。 (2) 前記コンデンサ素子を表面に物質の化学構
造式に酸素原子を含まないか或いは活性酸素を発
生しない樹脂剤又は油脂剤のバツフアー層を形成
し、該バツフアー層の上に外装を施したことを特
徴とする請求項(1)記載の固体電解コンデンサ。 (3) 前記外装は前記コンデンサ素子をケースに
収容して封止剤としてエポキシ樹脂剤を充填した
