Claims (1)
陽極体であつて、この陽極体に誘電体皮膜層、二
酸化マンガン層、コロイダルカーボン層及び銀ペ
ースト層を順次形成したコンデンサ素子からなり
、このコンデンサ素子の陽極端子に陽極引出し端
子を溶着し、この陽極引出し端子の先端部とコン
デンサ端子の後端部とを残し、コンデンサ素子の
両側面部にエポキシ樹脂を含浸した絶縁性樹脂を
積層一体化し、この陽極端子の先端部とコンデン
サ素子の後端部とにはんだのコーテイング層を形
成することを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。 This capacitor is an anode body made by sintering tantalum powder to derive an anode terminal, and a capacitor element in which a dielectric film layer, a manganese dioxide layer, a colloidal carbon layer, and a silver paste layer are sequentially formed on this anode body.
