Claims (1)
板状の電極箔に陽極リード端子を取付け、同電極
箔に導電性高分子からなる固体電解質を形成する
とともに、同固体電解質上に陰極引出し層を介し
て形成された陰極面に陰極リード端子を導電性接
着材にて取付けてなるコンデンサ素子を有する固
体電解コンデンサにおいて、 上記陰極リード端子の上記コンデンサ素子の陰
極面に対する取付け部分を、上記電極箔とほぼ同
じ大きさの板状体としたことを特徴とする固体電
解コンデンサ。 (2) アルミニウムなどの弁作用金属箔からなる
板状の電極箔に陽極リード端子を取付け、同電極
箔に導電性高分子からなる固体電解質を形成する
とともに、同固体電解質上に陰極引出し層を介し
て形成された陰極面に陰極リード端子を導電性接
着材にて取付けてなるコンデンサ素子を有する固
体電解コンデンサにおいて、 上記陰極リード端子の上記コンデンサ素子の陰
極面に対する取付け部分を、上記電極箔の一方端
から他方端に向けて延在する第1の帯板部と、同
第1の帯板部に対して交差する第2の帯板部から
構成したことを特徴とする固体電解コンデンサ。 (3) 上記第1の帯板部と第2の帯板部は十文字
状に交差している請求項2に記載の固体電解コン
デンサ。 (4) 上記第1の帯板部と第2の帯板部は上記電
極箔の対角線に沿つて交差している請求項2に記
載の固体電解コンデンサ。 (5) 上記コンデンサ素子のまわりには、樹脂外
装体が形成される請求項1に記載の固体電解コン
デンサ。 (6) 上記コンデンサ素子は有底角筒状の外装ケ
ース内に封入される請求項1に記載の固体電解コ
