Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) An anode lead terminal is attached to a plate-shaped electrode foil made of a valve metal foil such as aluminum, a solid electrolyte made of a conductive polymer is formed on the electrode foil, and a solid electrolyte made of a conductive polymer is formed on the electrode foil. In a solid electrolytic capacitor having a capacitor element in which a cathode lead terminal is attached with a conductive adhesive to a cathode surface formed on a solid electrolyte via a cathode extraction layer, the cathode lead terminal is attached to the cathode surface of the capacitor element. A solid electrolytic capacitor characterized in that the mounting portion is a plate-shaped body approximately the same size as the electrode foil. (2) An anode lead terminal is attached to a plate-shaped electrode foil made of a valve metal foil such as aluminum, a solid electrolyte made of a conductive polymer is formed on the electrode foil, and a cathode lead layer is formed on the solid electrolyte. In a solid electrolytic capacitor having a capacitor element in which a cathode lead terminal is attached to a cathode surface formed through a conductive adhesive using a conductive adhesive, the attachment portion of the cathode lead terminal to the cathode surface of the capacitor element is attached to the cathode surface of the electrode foil.
