Claims (1)
- 反射ミラー１と出射ミラー３との間に配設され
発振素子としてレーザ発振器を形成する柱状固体
レーザロツドにおいて、柱状側面を鏡面とし、両
端面を前記外側面となす角が１３５°の斜面を有
する円錐状に形成してなる固体レーザロツド。
