Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固体ロツドと、この固体ロツドを励起させ
る励起ランプと、この励起ランプからの光を上記
固体ロツドへ集光させる集光器と、レーザ発振さ
せるための一対の共振器ミラーとからなるレーザ
発振器と、上記励起ランプへ電力を供給するレー
ザ電源とを具備した固体レーザ装置において、 上記固体ロツドの端面のうち周辺部には、レー
ザ光が透過しない手段が施されていることを特徴
とする固体レーザ装置。 (2) 上記レーザ光が透過しない手段は、上記固
体ロツド端面の周辺部に施された面取りである実
用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の固体レーザ装
置。 (3) 上記レーザ光が透過しない手段は、上記固
体ロツド端面の周辺部に施された全反射コーテイ
ングである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
固体レーザ装置。
