Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザチツプに、１対の共振器端面と、
夫々上記共振器端面と鈍角を成して設けられた１
対の互いに平行な高反射面と、を有し、上記高反
射面が、上記共振器端面間で共振するレーザ光を
、その共振光路中、当該高反射面で反射するよう
に配されていることを特徴とする半導体レーザ装
置。
