第１図はこの考案による固体レーザ装置の一実
施例を示す構成図、第２図は、第１図の反射筒部
分の断面図、第３図は、この考案による固体レー
ザ装置のレーザロツド断面内における利得分布の
測定例を示す図、第４図は従来の装置の構成図、
第５図は、第４図の反射筒部の断面図、第６図は
従来の固体レーザ装置のレーザロツド断面内にお
ける利得分布の測定例を示す図である。 図において、１はレーザロツド、２はフラツシ
ユランプ、３は反射筒、４は反射面、８は直接光
、９は反射光、１０は反射筒、１１は反射面、１
２ａ，１２ｂ，１２ｃは反射光である。なお、図
中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- レーザロツドと、このレーザロツドを光励起す
るフラシユランプと、上記レーザロツドと上記フ
ラツシユランプの周囲を囲んで配置され、上記フ
ラツシユランプからの光を上記レーザロツドに集
光する反射筒とを有し、レーザ光の発振又は増幅
を行う固体レーザ装置において、上記反射筒は、
その材質がフツ素金雲母（ＫＭｇ３ＡｌＳｉ３Ｏ
１０Ｆ２）を主成分とした白色の焼結体で形成さ
れ、上記フラツシユランプからの励起光を、拡散
反射するように構成したことを特徴とする固体レ
ーザ装置。
