- 共振器を構成する反射鏡及び出力鏡と、ＹＡＧ
ロツドと、励起ランプとで構成されるＹＡＧレー
ザ装置に於いて、前記反射鏡と前記出力鏡の間に
ガラス板を配置し、レーザエネルギの出力制御を
行なうことを特徴とするＹＡＧレーザ装置。
