する面実装型半導体パツケージの部分斜視図、第
２図はジヤンピング配線の接続状態を示す斜視図
、第３図はリードピンの先端とプリント板の接続
パツトとのハンダ付け状態を模式的に説明した図
である。第４図ないし第７図はリードピンに形成
される屈曲部の第２ないし第５実施例を各々斜視
図で示したものである。第８図は従来形状のリー
ドピンを有する面実装型半導体パツケージの斜視
図である。 図中、１：パツケージ本体、２：リードピン、
１０，１０ａ，１０ｂ，１０ｃ，１０ｄ：屈曲部
、１２：ジヤンピング配線のワイヤ、１４：プリ
ント配線板の接続パツト。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 面実装型半導体パツケージのＩＣにおいて
、パツケージから外方に延在している短冊状のリ
ードピンにその幅寸法を広くし且つその長手方向
を軸として上凹ないし外凹に屈曲した屈曲部を形
成したことを特徴とする、面実装型半導体パツケ
ージにおけるリードピンの形状。 (2) 前記屈曲部をリードピン先端のプリントパ
ターンとのハンダ付け部に形成した、実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載のリードピンの形状。
