- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 素子搭載部の周辺に回路パターンが形成されそ
の回路パターンと接続された複数のスルーホール
を有する基板と、前記素子搭載部に固着され前記
回路パターンと接続された半導体素子と、前記ス
ルーホールに挿入、接続され前記基板から突出す
る複数の入出力用導体ピンとを備えた半導体装置
において、 前記導体ピンの断面積より大きな断面積を有し
かつ平坦な底面を有する固定部を、前記導体ピン
の突出先端部に形成したことを特徴とする半導体
装置。
