Claims (1)
- 一方の壁面に弾力性あるダイヤフラム25を備
えた測定室21、前記ダイヤフラムを介して前記
測定室と対向配置される空洞37、前記空洞内に
挿入され該空洞壁との間にコンデンサを形成する
少くとも2本の電極41,43より成り、前記ダ
イヤフラムの変形に応じて前記空洞内に注入され
た誘電溶液の液面を変化させ、もつて前記測定室
の容積を測定することを特徴とした容積計。
